Dr. Raghubir Mehla

Dr. Raghubir Singh Mehla has over 22 years of veterinary experience, having earned his Bachelor's in Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry in 2001, and a Master's in Veterinary Biochemistry in 2004 from C.C.C.S.H.A.U., Hisar. After being selected for Haryana Civil Services, he followed his passion for animal sciences and joined Haryana Veterinary Services in 2004. He served as a Veterinary Surgeon for the Haryana Animal Husbandry Department from 2005 to 2016. Dr. Mehla specializes in endocrinology, hematology, and biochemistry, and is recognized for his expertise in large animal gynecology, internal medicine, and surgery. His diagnostic skills in analyzing infertility, ultrasound, and microbiology are well-regarded. He is a member of the IVET forum.
