Your pet needs up-to-date vaccination records (rabies, distemper, parvovirus for dogs; FVRCP for cats). We also ask for your emergency contact number and your vet's details. First-time boarders get a complimentary health check on arrival.
Absolutely, and we encourage it! Familiar items help your pet settle in faster. We'll follow your feeding schedule and diet exactly. Just label everything clearly with your pet's name.
Because we're a full veterinary hospital — not just a kennel — your pet receives immediate medical attention from our on-site vet team. You'll be contacted right away and kept fully informed. Emergency treatment costs are billed separately with your prior consent.
We send daily WhatsApp updates with photos and a brief health note. Premium and Luxury guests receive 3 updates per day. You can also call us anytime to speak with the care team directly.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the first night. No-shows are charged in full. We understand emergencies happen — call us and we'll do our best to help.
Yes, with prior notice. We have experience handling anxious, reactive and senior pets. Please let us know your pet's temperament and any special needs when booking so we can prepare accordingly.
