Role Description: We are offering a full-time, on-site position for a Front Office Executive based in Delhi/Gurugram. As a vital part of our team, the Front Office Executive will shoulder responsibilities such as managing receptionist duties, overseeing front office activities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining seamless communication with pet owners. Qualifications: • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven experience in performing receptionist duties. • Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service. • Proficient in executing Front Office activities. • Strong organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail. • Preferred experience in the veterinary or healthcare industry. • Bachelor's degree in any field. • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the customer service department.
